It isn't "traditional" but inspired celtic perhaps. He played with Runrig and Dave Spillane before he made this indy CD. You can get it at CDbaby.com. They have teasers of the tracks there are well, so you can hear for yourself!
Take a look at the website under the music page and you'll see that the music is very much about family!

Has any one notice what bent thumbs Hans has got? ?Theres a Nero picture that shows em clear as can be wierd huh????but isnt it those little flaws that make people all the more adoreable??

I'm pretty sure it's not available retail - never was. Not sure if you can still order off Ado's website, but I definitely recommend the site Gg mentioned, cdbaby.com. It's a cool site and they have supported this CD from the beginning. They do international orders so no problems there. Or you can download if you prefer (but then you don't get the liner notes with cool references to Hans.

cdbaby.com is definitely the easiest way to get this cd. If you have any problems let me know, and I can get let cdbaby know. I don't think they have sold out there though!

That sounds about right. We've got pictures of the gig a couple years ago -- three sounds about right! The cd came out in 2003. www.hansmatheson.org/musicmain.htmlyou can download mp3 tracks from the cd at www.cdbaby.com as well as purchase the cd. If shipping is a problem, that would be a solution!
