I think the eyeliner thread was during the "Luke" era... not much since.
How about a "men in skirts" thread? So far, kilts aside, we could start with Bramwell, follow along to the tunics in Nero and TITANS certainly looks promising for the man dress.
I think the hats idea is still my favorite though.
