Connect Hans with American actor Leonardo Dicaprio. This is a tad hard..

My only idea is Claire Danes connecting them.

the three that come first to my mind are
1) as Zita said -- Claire in "Les Mis" as with LD in "R&J"
2) with Gabrielle Burn in "Canone Inverso" as "Iron Mask" with LD
3) With Beth Winselt in "Bodywork" as with her sister Kate with LD in "Titanic"
any others? what did I miss? Did Kelly McDonald do anything with Leonardo DiCaprio? Or Billy Nighy? Seems inevitable.
I think he and Anna Marie Duff should be like the garden gnome in those travel commercials with each other's movies -- they're already off to a good start...

Ah, but who wins the prize for most on-screen appearances with Hans?
And Sienna Guillory plays Hans' mother in "The Virgin Queen" What is the most surprising thing about that? And where else have they appeared together?
of course you can Google it - or use IMDb. Bonus points if you just "knew" it, though

They played together in "The future lasts a long time". Sienna Guillory is a little bit young to be Hans' mother, they were born in the same year. Is this the right answer? (1 point with the help of IMDb...)
My question is: Find the way from Hans to Hungarian director Gábor Koltay!

What were you thinking, music geek? Via Clare Danes was my first thought and I assumed you would have been thinking the Les Mis connection too Ah, Zita, you make it challenging. Surely it would be Franco Nero, who is in Bathory and in some stuff directed by your Hungarian guy - oh and 157 roles listed in IMDb! Incidently, I first noticed Franco Nero in the screen adaptation of DH Lawrence's "The Virgin and the Gypsy". Now there's a film long overdue for a remake and guess who would be perfect in the title role? And he was the archetypal Lancelot in "Camelot", of course

That's right, Virg! Seems it was too easy for you. Franco Nero was in leading roles in "Sacra Corona" and "Honfoglalás" (Conquest) both directed by Koltay. He is an old hand in acting ancient Hungarians... Have you discovered the film titled "Hans" on Franco Nero's IMDb list? Hans acting Nero - Nero acting Hans... No, his role was Barbone. Regarding the remake of "The virgin and the gipsy"-who would be perfect as the virgin or the gipsy?!

My first thought was: pasta. It's Leo's favourite meal, and it is mentioned in an interview that Hans cooks pasta for his friends invited. But it doesn't mean that it's his favourite, maybe this is what he can make perfectly. Not fish...(Half light! )

come on, you had something in mind! What was the connection you were thinking about?
Everytime you post I see Eponine there, not dying, and think of her (well, Leah Silonga) singing:
I love him But every day I'm learning All my life I'll only be pretending Without me his world will go on turning A world that's full of happiness That I have never known!
I love him I love him I love him But only on my own.

The internet and email broke, so im using a different computer. i feel so disconnected. And that's interesting about the pasta thing. I make a mean manicotti.

Drew Barrymore's birthday brought the idea of the next question:
-can you find the connection between her and Hans?
(Please don't hate me very much...)

Drew Barrymore co-starred with Joan Allen in "Mad Love" which BTW was written by Paula Milne, who wrote the screenplay for The Virgin Queen
* Angelica Houston (also Mists of Avalon) in "Ever After"
* (Mists again) Michael Vartan in "Never Been Kissed"
Or maybe
