Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes are a go!
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Neeson will play Zeus, king of the gods, in a remake of "Clash of the Titans" opposite Ralph Fiennes as Hades, ruler of the underworld. Louis Leterrier ("Transporter 2," last year's "The Incredible Hulk") will direct the film, which is scheduled to begin production in the United Kingdom later this month, Warner Bros. said Thursday.

Clash of the Titans
Wow, two movies in a row with an actual chance of getting release and promotion - and likely at your local cineplex
And, if I may quote Jeno What I Mean
From the original Clash of the Titans threads - which I have now closed!
Hey - all these former co-stars - quite the reunion
Hey, anything that puts Hans in some kind of Greek tunic acting over the top in a small but memorable role...sounds perfect to me!
Now Mads Mikkelson ( former I Am Dina co-star) has joined the cast - leading to lots of attempts to joke about some Arterton-Mikkelson Bond connection. Also rumours Sharon Stone will play Hera and I heard that Michael Sheen will replace Liam Neeson but we will have to see. I expect they will announce the cast and update IMDB when filming gets underway soon.

Aren't all the TITANS fictional... Technically? If it stays tru to Shakespeare IXAS is the creator of the storm.

The link doesn't work for me. If I type it in myself, I can't get access.

Maybe it is this site? Click Other Films+ and then Coming Soon. You have to be patient, the page loads very slowly. Clash of the Titans is not active yet.

Sorry! I have no idea what I did wrong. When I post using my blackberry I'm often finding typos and broken links! Just flying blind here! Thanks for getting it up correctly Brooke!

I'm looking forward to seeing this. I remember the original so it will be interesting to see this new interpretation of it. And the thought of seeing Hans in a Greek tunic does lend itself to the appeal aswell.

Is there a reason Hans is not listed in the cast on IMDb? He was announced at the same time as Luke Treadaway and Liam Cunningham who are both listed? Hoping this is just an oversight!
