Caz, yeah me too. And yet, I have this horrible feeling I will be working so I won't get to see the event as it happens. Although, I'm secretly hoping I can get the day off. Speaking of live, I did read that Prince William has given his permission for the event to be streamed live via Youtube.

With the forthcoming royal wedding happening on the 29th April, it is naturally getting a lot of attention; which includes this wedding spoof video curtesy of T-Mobile. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ur-kp_3AkUYSo it is dense, really! ;D

Hello ! is it okay for me to plunge into your conversation ? I thought the wedding was lovely, I am not really a 'royalist' but I have more time for the younger royals, I loved Diana and I think Wills is making such an effort to be like her, an ambassador. Kate seems down to earth too. Is it okay if I post a video link ? I expect our Brit members will have seen it, I think it's funny ! www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kav0FEhtLugPresumably royal consent must have been given so thumbs up to them for letting us have a laugh. I still can't work out are they lookalikes or is it a very clever editing job ? (Lynette, can I just ask you, pardon my ignorance where is CZ ? what does it stand for ?). x

The royal family seems to me strange, I had like Princess Diana, it was a great personality. I think William will be very average in the future monarch. CZ - it is an abbreviation for the Czech Republic, the Czech Republic is a Central European countries of the former socialist bloc - countries behind the " Iron Curtain". Our state borders with Germany, Poland, Slovakia and Austria.

Enjoyed your video Scarlett, cool.
Have to confess to having settled in with G&T and choccies and watched from start to finish more or less - it was conveniently timed in late afternoon/evening for me and I am on holidays.
Fun watching the guests arrive and comparing them to what was worn at a recent family wedding. Thought fergies's daughters were a bit TOO much and pleased that our Julia didn't let us down.
And a Hans connection - Guy Ritchie was a guest

I would really like to know who the Prince Harry impersonater is, because he is a dead ringer for the real thing. PS: Scarlett, They were all lookalikes! The wedding itself was just beautiful. Wills and Kate make such a lovely couple. Kate's dress was gorgeous.

Plunge at will Scarlett!!!
I told myself I would resist and watch it when I finished working. Totally dropped al work ethic and woke at 2am in my hotel room and watched it all. Just couldn't help myself once I realized it was going to be all Elgar, and Williams, and Finzi and boy choirs... had I been in denial that this was an British Royal Wedding? but what was with the one choirman with the five o'clock shadow?
Timelessly beautiful start to finish.
