How exactly do we know that Hans said this about this Damien Rice guy? Is there an interview i missed?

In a mexican magazine named Sónika was published a few years a review about Still crazy and they mentioned like a trivia that Hans' influences was musicians like Rice and Leonard Cohen

Just to deflect the direction of this thread somewhat.....
We all know that Hans is "a bit into his music" to put it lightly, and often using music as an inspiration for his characters. he's mentioned using Marc Bolan of T Rex as an inspiration for the Earl of Essex.
Can you think of other examples?
And what do you think he listened to to prepare for Thomas Cranmer? Cliff Richard? Thomas Tallis? Van Morrison?
If you were tryimg to inspire yourself for a role as the Archbishop of Canterbury, what would you be listening to?
BTW, did you know Thomas Cranmer wrote the Book of Common Prayer? Exposes her Anglican heritage
