I don't know about your country, but my birth certificate records the time of my birth as determined by the doctor in attendance. I assume it's the same in Scotland. These records are kept in the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
Obviously someone has bothered to seek out the information, it's not a State secret.
As to who cares, that's another matter. I'm sure Hans would be totally creeped out.

But baby, we're all snowflakes! I don't think we can know this guy, anyone, by anything we could find on the internet, or even read and intrepret in the stars. I don't think a personality is "publishable". I would hope he, and we, are JUST a little more interesting than that. My birthcharts are really something that I use for myself, with my own unique expertise on my own life -- which is something no one, not even my own parents, could possibly "possess".
Birth records in the US also have the moment (to the minute, not the second) of birth, as recorded by the doctor, but the records are confidential without release. You can't even get your own copies of your certificate without a written request. Which is a sincere pain in the butt when you move alot.

How is this done in my country? My country has in these cases a sample policy, unlike many other countries. Time of birth is recorded in the hospital, but if a mother has a bad memory and forgets the time of birth, it is quite a big breaking work to get this information. Has anyone found out his birth time???
I can't seem to agree with the reports about him being a Gemini Ascendant, I don't see him as a Gem Asc at all! Gems are supposed to have tall, slender almost 'dangly' bodies, and Gem asc eyes and expressiosn don't match Hans (I've dated 3 Gemini ascendants, i can see the difference)
In contrary, Hans eyes are so intense and full of depth and his body proportions, I see him much more of a Scorpio ascendant (or some other water sign).
I like the sound of the rest of his chart though cause it'd be so compatible with mine haha (I'm a Gem with Libra asc and Aries moon)

Although mine was once asked my womanly cycle for a scene with a lion... TMI
I know I was born before 8pm because we didn't have a tv and my father said my mother didn't want to miss prime time in her hospital room.
I DO know the piece of music that was playing though -- my Dad made sure Ravel's "Mother Goose" was wafting through the room as I, as they say, "came into the light".

LOL...Hans' agent is welcome to have my birth time with pleasure, but given that she doesn't know me, it will be the most obsolete piece of information she could ever have! I don't know the exact minute I was born, but I do know that I was born (I think), between 10.30pm - 11.00pm! |
