Hey, I just came across this 13 minute clip of this film-how much longer is the movie?

That's it!!! It's a short film, and if memory serves, 13 minutes covers it. HOWEVER, in my humble opinion, a feature film, made later with the same Samantha Morton, and Billy Crudup (who is nominated tonight for a Tony and sits next to his love, Cosette herself Claire Danes -- though he didn't win), "Jesus' Son" bears strong similiarities, at least in premise.

Yup, that's the whole thing - frustrating viewing if you have dial up!


If I remember correctly, "Jesus' Son" is similar not only in it's premise; the whole scene at the house in the country is similar- the person is shot, there's a birthday cake, even a snatch of dialogue about 'somebody shot somebody'

Jesus' Son was based on a book of short stories so maybe FLALT was based on the same book though I can't find it credited as such.

How long walked with Hans? I found from 1995 to 1997 .. But Hans show another time reading, about 4 years. Where is the truth?

Actually, Samantha Morton is pretty well known in Hollywood -- no one has to search their memory for her performances, they speak for themselves -- a little Oscar nod doesn't hurt either. I actually think they were lving/together for 5 years nearly.

I think you all should ditch the chatupline rehearsal (I am sure he has heard them all) and just be yourselves if run into him. He's just a person.

My understanding was they met on "FutureLastsaLongTime" and were together until she hooked up with Charlie Creed Mills nearly 5 years later. She had another child this year! Which is particularly happy news as she had a stroke a while back and had a pretty serious bit of recovery. Had to relearn walking and talking, though the news of it came out after the fact, to protect her. She's a force to be reckoned with, I bet.
