I don't know where this could go but something dawned on me earlier tonight....my girlfriend and I were watching Return of the King and it dawned on me that I would have liked to see Hans be Farimir...not that the guy who was playing him didn't do a good job but look at the father for a minute...neither of those boys looked like they could have been related to him...so here's Hans who's got the look at the very least..he could have pulled off Farimir or hell even Boromir a whole lot better

I think he would have been a bit young to play Faramir.
But imagine if he had been Legolas.

I think Legolas' blond wig would've really made his head itch....
I have a friend who loved Orlando Bloom in "rings" but was sorely disappointed when she realized that wig was the complete opposite of his natural hair. SO she gets to be on set with him and I say, SO, you gonna...(well you can imagine my teasing) and she replied... "only if he wears the wig".

I was disappointed when I saw his real hair too. Especially, when I saw him take off the wig in the making off thing.

It actually surprised me that the blond wasn't his real hair. But yeah, I kinda keep forgetting the time frame that those movies were done...but wasn't Farimir supposed to be younger? I'm just thinking that looking at the man that was supposed to be their father, neither of the two actors they had looked like they could have possibly been related to him.
I hate that in movies...and tv for that matter.
