I have many questions about hans & music!
so 1st can somebody post all the names of the people that contributed in Ado's cd? because i download it from internet and i dont have the original...
2nd is there anywhere any song that hans wrote?
3rd what instruments does he play?
4th Is there anywhere i can hear him sing live?

Your wish is my command! All the songs written on Out on the Islands were written by Ado. Hans performed backup vocals, violin, and percussion (I envision the triangle...  ) on the recording, but also plays guitar, harmonica and who knows what else! You can go to the website to see him in action with those instruments. Other contributors include Mandy Meaden, who sings back up Nick Kacal, double bass Simon Lea, drums Nick Turner, Bass, and engineering, mixing, and mastering at Watercolor Ado plays out and Hans had played with him years ago, but aside from family and friends, there have been no public gig announcements for live music for Hans. He's been busy running around in skirts playing with rubber swords... Ado played in Scotland now two Autumns ago, if I remember, to some lovely reviews you can read on the website. |
