Other: Look, there's something wrong with them
if they don't get what you're doing.
Self: There is nothing wrong with them. Nothing.
I've spent a year "with them". They're perfect.
Other: The person in your head is perfect,
the person that doesn't understand
what you're doing is not perfect.
The one in your head is the one that matters.
Self: I'm never gonna meet them.
Other: But you already know them.
Self: - Thank you.
Other:- You're welcome. Anytime.
Self:- They saved me.
Other:- You saved yourself.
Self: I was drowning
and they pulled they out of the ocean.
Other: Don't get carried away.
Self: They began doing this
because they loved their family,
and they loved doing this,
and they didn't know
what else to do with themselves.
And, in the process, they found joy.
I didn't understand this for a long time,
but I do now.
They taught me that.
Other: So... here we are.
