There is a great deal of muscle, prowess, and sweaty machismo on display in ROAE, and we're not just talking about Eva Green (who, undeniably, kicks some serious a$$). To prepare any men in your life for the experience, put them on a diet exclusively of black coffee, eggs, and steak and show them the workout created by GymJones for the cast (10 weeks minimum for results): "300: Rise Of An Empire" training recently done at our satellite facility in Sofia, Bulgaria. Here is one of those workouts: Workout: KB Swing Ladder 10x each @ 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg, 32kg Goblet Squat Ladder 10x each @ 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg, 32kg Then: 100x Back Squat Keep bar on back throughout the whole set If bar is set dropped the penalty is 1 minute All Out on AirDyne/ C2/ Ski Erg Use appropriate weight … not too light, not too heavy Then: KB Swing Ladder 10x each @ 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg, 32kg KB Push Press Ladder 10x each @ 2x12kg, 2x16kg, 2x20kg, 2x24kg Then: Cool down or he could cheat and try this:

There have been some questions about how the screenings are working, what does "premiere" mean, and whether registering for the fan events means guaranteed seating.
Most importantly, premiere does not guarantee talent participation. There are dozens scheduled, happening all over the globe, and few will have any talent, and none are guaranteeing all talent. Yes, the INVITE ONLY February 20th screening in New York did have some of the talent from the film present and there were interviews conducted that are trickling into print, including the set photographer, who has very interesting things to say about his work. But don't purchase a ticket to a premiere, which YES will likely be quite a bit more expensive than a typical cinema ticket, and expect there to be a red carpet. It is mathematically impossible with the number of premieres taking place.
Questions about individual events can be left in my inbox, but no, I can not get anyone the invite only passes to the red carpet event in LA. If you are in LA and would like to see what talent will be there arrive, be at the location by 5:30 and stand behind the red velvet rope. You jump it and they will haul your little butt away. There are no confirmations of talent at this point, but some of the principal cast is expected, and I would imagine that Sullivan is probably a pretty safe bet.
