Lol! I've tried, but giving up is easier said than done. I don't think anyone who hasn't smoked can really understand how difficult it actually is. I agree. Well I think with willpower it's very possible, but it's really hard to really want to quit if you ask me. I always manage to find an excuse to quit quitting. |

I mean, it's never gonna be good enough anyway for other people (since opinions about smoking women vary) so you end up not giving a f**k and deciding for yourself if you want to or not... but once the nicotine's gotten into your system, it's really not a choice anymore.

I've always been a big advocate of deciding for oneself, anyway, regardless. But yeah, that's so very true - I'm 34 and I've been smoking on and off since my (rebelious) teens. I'd like to say that there's a lot of other factors in my RL that contribute to me continuing to smoke nowadays, but I don't really want to get into the nitty gritty of La Vie De Star. Everyone has a something they need to help of some sort. Just the way things are. Though please tell me I'm not the only one who, when watching a movie where the characters are smoking thinks, "d**n, I could go a cig now, thanks for enabling me passively!" ;D |
