I'm sorry it took me a minute to post here, but I was traveling from London to the U.S., where my parents are, and my mother in the hospital.

As you all probably realize, the traffic here has had an uptick and people are keeping safe at home and have a bit of time on their hands. On a personal note, I've been happy to meet some new people who've reached out to me, via this forum, for a little support, maybe some escapism, and connection.

For this strange time of celebration, whether you are religious, whatever religion or creed you may be, or just doing your best to hold out hope the renewal that Spring promises (in the Northern Hemisphere), whether you are waiting, mourning, grieving or hoping, know you are thought of.

Over the weekend it was decided that we'd bid a "Summer farewell" on Facebook.

in light of COVID and near-universal shut-downs of production and hoped for projects these last months, and because I've made a bit of a blunder that has led to pain of another, unintended, we decided to archive the Facebook pages. Unfortunately, what we hoped would be months of some exciting new projects to share, rather this time has become unprecedented in a much different way. Venues are closed and it may be the strangest time in the history of film to move forward. When there is news, (and maybe music promised?...) we will unarchive to share as we always have and we, as ever, really appreciate any contributions you may find that are appropriate to share with us, but for now, we don't anticipate anything. We're in touch with Frontrunner as well as the other promised releases and we maintain a great relationship with the network we are a part of. We still get all the messages left in DMs and PMs on the platforms, so if you want me or Virg or Robin or anybody, you know where to find us here, at the websites or on Instagram, etc. As ever, if anyone online approaches you saying they are the actor-it's not. If you contact anyone, including any of us, without doing your homework, without looking for an official checkmark, whether Facebook or Twitter or on a website, you are assuming that actors and musicians have the time and resource to answer every message, and that is not how it works. And take our automated messages at face value. As you guys know, I've worked for Warner Brothers, amongst other companies, in a number of professional capacities, so if you get anything with a WB address - just ask if it's me. But please never assume, whether you're a fan, a co-worker, or a long lost friend who is looking - please don't assume that any of us is a stepping stone.  None of us have ever asked for reimbursement, for DVD share, for effort or time, translations, promotions or marketing, nor shall we - we do quite a bit of it. But we are individuals with full-on lives and careers and challenges.

Aside from our Impressum and ABOUT information, each time anyone sends a message on any of these platforms, you will get an automated message reading the attached. It is there for a reason. No one connected to any of this pro-bono marketing will take advantage of an indy artist who erroneously sends a script or a friend who shares a picture or embarrassing story from 1984. You are safe and any admins that have been less than friendly have left. But we are also not going to act as your agent. Get representation and take the risk to submit. Protect yourselves. Protect your work. You are worth that. And please, where ever in the world you are, be safe and healthy.

It's interesting because I recently got a DM on Instagram from someone claiming to be Hans with the @ hans_mathesons_private and the message being that of "thank you for enjoying my entertainments" and signing off the message with the American flag emoji and of course we all know that Hans would never do that 😂 also considering I messaged the real Hans via Instagram DM about a month ago with no reply (I was just thanking him about how much I loved his work and couldn't wait for the new material he was working on) so I'm sure most can agree that we are eager for what's to come 😁 anyway I hope he's safe and well! I don't want to bother him in any way shape or form so I guess we'll see what happens 🙂 I can't wait for the Frontrunner interview though 👀 hehe
