Jericho if there was a season 2

If the unfortunate events didn't occur in that Jericho was sadly cancelled, what would you have liked to see happen if there was a season 2? Personally I would like to have seen Annie and Johnny get married, even though chances of that were pretty slim considering the season finale. I just want something good to happen to Johnny considering the whole town was against him including his own brother 😭
Do you think that Martha would fall for Dagger? I don't think Annie would approve for some reason, and I think a storyline involving Coates would be great.
I'd like to know your thoughts ☺️

If there were a season 2 I can see Johnny being hurt by Annie’s refusal to marry him in the beginning. I think their relationship might have cooled for a bit but they would have got back together and might have got engaged at the end of season 2, but not married. I know Annie refuses to marry Johnny because she said she wanted her freedom, but I think she really thought it was too soon after her first hubby’s death, too soon for the kids and she still wasn’t over the shock that her first hubby left her in debt.
