Well, comparing the voice, I think that the voice was not really Ado Matheson. I listened to music again, I think that it is not Ado Matheson. The voice is different. But the text that is below mentions Ado Matheson, I think that it is a species of biography. The title of the first text is something as "Information about the author", the title of second text is well clear, for me, that speak Portuguese, the title is "Historia", History in English.

I think what it says is that the musician you hear playing the music on this page was inspired by Ado's song "Come Back to the Harbour" -- he too is singing about the ocean, etc...
