Hi all, Just to let you know that I have now transferred my original VHS copy of the Hans Matheson rarity 'Comfortably Numb' onto a DVD-R disc which should be region free and therfore playable on any DVD player  The picture and sound quality are both excellent. and please remember, everybody, to check out ebay when you're searching for this stuff, know what region your equipment can play, and remember there's always the free VLC region-free player you can download from a quick internet search, and of course, your ever-dedicated Hans Mafia...
I know international stuff is often really hard to find (particularly inthe case of "Comfortable Numb"), that's why this thread exists, but when available, please purchase your media from a reputable distributor who is paying for the films and in turn, paying the artists the residuals that are, ultimately, paying their rent, and letting us watch their performances instead of them having to work as waiters...
but all you need do is ask, and we can help. That's why we are here.

Hey all,
Thanks to those people who've already contacted me requesting a DVD copy of 'Comfortably Numb'. I thought i'd post a few screen shots to give you all an idea of the quality of my VHS rip of the film. So, here goes...

As far as I know most of this caps - or very similar to them - are already in the gallery. Of course I watch them with pleasure. But Richard - you're still not blocked?! And Virg - Hans is indeed high resolution -- by all means  |

hehe I've noticed that 2 of my more revealing screen shots have been removed by the administrators. I'm sure they probably saved them first. I hate censorship! Virg - why don't you join the 21st Century and get broadband? It's under 10 quid a month now... Zita - Why do you think I should have been blocked? administrators don't have to block me you know. If they asked me politely to leave, I would. They way I see it, i'm just providing a service which is in demand. I'm a great believer in the free market economy |

hugo you dirty bird! We didn't need to save them -- we already had them... (and as far as the administrators go - I'm pretty confident that we have both seen such things up close and personal...) BUT you must remember that we are an all-ages forum and conscientious adults regarding the younger girls here -- who can do their own searches for nudity if they wish such things.  I think we are all aware that he is a boy. Not too mention we are pretty protective of each other around here... hate to get someone's mother mad at us. A little funny though that we're not allowed to spell Hitch.c..ock but we can post nude pictures... But go easy on Virg, she's down under, where the broadband is more expensive, (but the moms are good-looking), I suspect. You're a GODDESS Virg |

hey Gg, I didn't mean my last post to Virg to sound arsey. I just genuinely can't get my head around people still having dial-up connections in this day and age. Broadband is frustrating enough sometimes. No hard feelings I hope? With regards the screen shots, they didn't show anything that I would have thought could be deemed offensive to younger girls or their mothers did they? It was just a couple of shots of the upper part of Hans' naked torso. Anyway, because i've had a couple of people complain about the price of the DVD i've decided to include the postage costs with the price of the DVD to encourage a few more sales. Best I can do i'm afraid. Please bare in mind I went to a lot of trouble to rip this film for the group. All the best, Hugo x |

These are pretty d**n sharp! I don't think mine are as sharp, though they are widescreen. Also, Broadband in Australia =/= Broadband elsewhere. Give us time. As for the naughtier caps, me wants. Zita - Why do you think I should have been blocked? Oh no, I don't think so, and wouldn't want you to leave either - I just felt offended for having been blocked very likely for sharing links. Reading the agreement in connection with joining the boards your caps would also hit someone's eyes - not only mums'!, and not our dear admins either- but thanks to our attentive Virgil it was prevented! |
