I do want everyone to be try to be respectful of each other and remember -- we have had a couple proclaimed lesbians post on this board, and seek our friendship, respect, and support. We should try not to make any assumptions about anyone's love life -- whether member or the person who is the reason people come here. I realize many of us speak English as a second language (or third, or more, she says enviously) and I also realize that I ramble away taking that for granted. I too missed the possibility that it was the gossip being disgusting, you were referring to. I read it as Cat had. But we did have to set this up as an English speaking board and I do have to simply be sure that respect is not lost in translation. I would appreciate everyone sharing in that effort.

Ahh who cares what he is, we all still love him! More important things to worry about than that!

Speaking of Hans and Gay... Was Silver Johnny gay or just gayish? No one I know has seen it, so I've only ever wondered about it alone. Since I'm on a Hans board though where majority have seen the film - help me out will ya?

I think it's safe to say that Silver Johnny was 'desired' by his manager and no doubt obliged in order to succeed in his singing career. Though he never seemed happy about it, I thought.
At the end of the movie he goes off with Baby. I always got the impression he was being used - and going along with that. He seemed a rather vulnerable character to me.

Thank you very much for your help, Gg! I am using the translator translate.google.com/#cs|en|, better not, I think. But the translator is not perfect, unfortunately. I totally miss the knowledge of the English language, except a few words.

You know, I never got aroiund to answering this question. Mainly because I can't quite put my finger on what is so attractive. I mean, he's very good looking but it's something more, you know?
I noticed him when he played Mordred in The Mists of Avalon, and his face just stuck with me.

For me I think it's that deep expression he shows in his eyes when he starts to show a different expression. Also, I like his "rage" look especially with him as Mordred and sometimes even as Alec. Honestly I think I fell in love with his puppy face from the first time I saw him as Archbishop Cranmer where he looks so uncertain about what he is getting himself into. I've found that he plays a lot of characters that are puppies at different times and it is quite adorably attractive, I just want to hug him every time he looks sad.

He does do the rage very well! And I know just the look you mean when you mentioned Bishop Cranmer! Almost a "Should I run away as fast as these robes will allow?"
Ahh Mordred, the very first role I saw Hans play! has a special place in my heart!
