My favourite actors other than Hans are Nicholas Lyndhurst and Celia Imrie, who I was lucky enough to meet last year. Along with them, there's a young man called Ryan Sampson who has been in After You've Gone and Doctor Who, who is an amazing actor, he was also lovely when I met him, he is such a dream. :-)
More well known actors, I suppose, I really like Keira Knightley, she was incredible in King Arthur and of course, Doctor Zhivago, along with Love Actually. I also really like Eddie Redmayne, and the entire cast of Gavin & Stacey, which of course includes the great Ruth Jones.

I haven't seen Revolutionary Road yet, but The Reader was amazing. I was really pleased for Kate. That was an unglamorous role for sure. And the young guy was also outstanding. WHat a challenging role for a novice. Easy on the eye too

One of my favorite Kate's film is Little Children. I think we are like them (children) when we are in love. It is a great movie with a strong story.

I loved Kate in Titanic, I know that's probably one of the films she's most remembered for. She was also brilliant in The Holiday, I loved that film, her and Jack Black were great together.

I've become a big fan of Martin McDonagh, who isn't really an actor/actress he's a writer/director, but I promise he's very talented and very handsome. He has a thing or two in common with Hans here and there, too.

I've not heard of Martin McDonagh, I'll have to research him later.
I rewatched Stella last night and I have to say, Kelly Macdonald is extremely talented. To play a role like that at such a young age is quite remarkable.
I'm also really enjoying Eddie Redmayne's films at the moment, I watched Like Minds the other day and was blown away by how amazing he really is, not to mention absolutely beautiful!

I love period / costume dramas so I tend to notice & enjoy the work of actors / actresses that work on such productions. There are probably too many to mention but a few names that spring to mind are:
Colin Firth, Richard Armitage, Anne-Marie Duff, James McAvoy, Cate Blanchett, Tom Hardy, Rufus Sewell, Toby Stephens, Elliot Cowan, Johnny Depp.

I liked Alexandra Maria Lara in Control, Samantha Morton was also amazing in that, along with Sam Reily who played Ian Curtis, I just love that whole film. I saw A-M-L in a film called Youth Without Youth and thought she acted brilliantly in that but I just didn't understand the film at all.
