I've found myself becoming somewhat engrossed by Ben Barnes who was in 'Bigga Than Ben' and 'Easy Virtue' who is absolutely gorgeous. I went to the pictures for the first time in years today and saw 'Dorian Gray' which starred Ben Barnes and Colin Firth...I have to say it was absolutely amazing, easily one of the best films I've seen in ages.

Had to look him up Laura! Behind on my actors! I thought he looked like a younger version of David Usher (Canadian singer). I think it's the hair!
I'm kinda on a Ewan McGregor kick. Just finished watching a couple of weeks ago "Long Way Down" with him and Charley Boorman. The emotional journey that they embarked on and the bond that they share as friends was really amazing. The show allowed me to look at Africa a lot differently than what you hear or see in the news.

Just looked up David Usher, I can see the similarity actually, it is the hair I think. My mum saw Ben Barnes the other day and is now convinced that all the actors I think are attractive all look the same, apparently Ben Barnes looks 'exactly the same as Hans'...don't quite agree.
Never been all that keen on Ewan McGregor to be honest. Sounds like a very good film though.

I wasn't that keen on him either until I saw him in this doc. No acting...just him. I think when an actor/singer/etc. puts themselves out there like Ewan did in this show it gives a different perspective on the kind of person they really are. It was really interesting. Obviously it was heavily edited, but they go through and do a lot of things that really opened my eyes.

I've recently gotten into the Fantasy Movie kick, considering we've started writing a weird form, my girlfriend and I, but we've been watching Lord of the Rings a lot lately, I've actually been looking into Billy Boyd (he was Pippin)...and I just learned he apparently has a band....which is always a wild thing to learn, I've been trying to find them but not having a lot of luck on that front

Sounds like a really great project Jenny. I agree, I think it shows a different side to a person when they do something like that. I've never really known much about Ewan McGregor to be honest, only that he was in Moulin Rouge and he used to be on the adverts at the cinema when he was going somewhere on a motorbike I think.
Never really been into fantasy movies scarredsoul. However I have vowed to watch 'Chronicles of Narnia - Prince Caspian' at some point...

Oh, I love movies so I have a lot of favorite actors and actresses. My favorite actors are Viggo Mortensen (after Aragorn, he he he he ;D), Gabriel Byrne and Gaspard Ullien and I admire Natalie Portman, Kate Winslet (she is my favorite) and Leonor Watling (she is from Spain, she is a very talented actress and the leader of Marlango band too).

I stumbled across an American actor called Aaron Stanford who I have to say is one of the best actors in my opinion. He does a lot of indie films which I prefer to big blockbusters personally, he was also in 'The Hills Have Eyes' and 'X-2' and 'X-Men The Last Stand'. But it's in the film 'Runaway' that I think he really shines, he is one talented actor.
