Yes, just follow the link to FB. Almost all the promotional clips I get I share across the two platforms, if I can. It's the images I just don't take the time/space to post on FB. I came back to my desk to a decidedly overwhelmed laptop... and here's another 1 minute clip. As for Hans singing (fab voice) doesn't he do the folk festival circuit in the UK every year? Is he a solo musician or is he part of a band/ensemble?

Actually that seems a bit of an exaggerated rumor, though he has certainly been an audience member (backstage at Glastonbury watching Coldplay; an image with his co-star from COTT one year is now Laura's avatar). He has played out, often in a private setting, and you can see photos of some of those gigs at HansMatheson.org. images But publicly/folk festival nothing recently. His gigs are often with his father and "Out on the Islands" was without a doubt a circle of love and support around his Dad, and you can hear his voice and see his image all over that CD. A few of us were also lucky enough to be able to see the last public gig his father did in London a couple of years ago (a solo effort). ALL of that said, you can hear David Richmond sing in TCC, Nero sing and play his little harp, Caravaggio plucking away in Bathory, Jake hides behind his guitar in CN, Jeno in Canone hums alot (and brought the fiddle into the actor's life), Luke reverbs and sticks his tongue out in STILL CRAZY (and that's the actor singing in "Live for Today" whilst the band recalls a trip through the standing stones), Silver Johnny in MOJO... -- he brings his singing voice into much of his work. And a comic flute performance to a favorite scene in COTT as well! Long ago his Zhivago co-star Rick Warden published a little ditty they did together and you can find that at HansMatheson.org Hippy RantIf you want the recording made by Susan Boyle of Miracle Hymn (solo) it is available on her HOME FOR CHRISTMAS cd that was released a year ago. |
