Temperatures of over 30 degrees? You poor things. </sarcasm> What is the hottest that it gets where you live Virgil? Soul, Sorry to hear about your setback yesterday. I hope things right themselves very soon!

I'd change you weather in a heartbeat Jessy. We have had exactly 1 week of warm weather (VERY high 30's) and now it is in the low 20's and has been thunder storming for 5 days now. I'm suppose to be sitting by my girlfriend's pool with a nice cold summer drink, watching the kids splash about and doing absolutely nothing because it is just too darn hot!!! Although...didn't Hans say he loves a good thunder storm?

cut offs as in cut-off jeans?
I would bet he's in Wales wearing a metal skirt right now, and maybe some toe-baring knee-high boots!

My grandfather jumped into the blanket , when has been the storm. He was very afraid. ;D He already died .. My second grandfather and grandmother have been hit by lightning in the past. They were very lucky to survive.

I would bet he's in Wales wearing a metal skirt right now, and maybe some toe-baring knee-high boots! Well, the weather has turned completely now, (it hasn't stopped raining where I am), so Hans had better make sure he doesn't go rusty along with his metal skirt.

cat, there's something deeply dirty about that statement and I can't quite put my finger on what
Edit
WE'RE GETTING OUT WE'RE GETTING OUT WE'RE GETTING OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
...........Tomorrow. Or whenever the nurses figure out what the hell is going on. Doc says go, nurses say stay...an hour later nurses say go, Doc says stay. I wish someone would make up their minds.
Kristy is responding well to medication and they're gonna let her out here in a few hours. She's gonna have oxygen to go home and have to travel with and we're getting out. Thank god.
Now that also means no internet or connection....or cable but it'll only be for a few days so no big deal there....

That is so great that you can both finally leave hospital scarredsoul it can't have been an easy time for either of you. My dad was in ICU for a while last year and it was extremely difficult for me and my mum, so I do kind of understand what you're going through.

We've got fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for you for a change. Get back online soon (course you won't read this till you do - go somewhere with free wifi for a coffee or somethng.
Hottest would be mid 40s but that's not typical - most of summer the temperature woiiuld be over 30- it's when it's humid as well that it's hard to deal with We are lucky to have adry heat most of the time.
When I can't stand it is when it's hot at night too - we are a bit slow to catch on to air-conditioning the whole house 24/7.

That sounds unbearable. I don't think I could put up with temperatures like that for most of the summer!
