That sounds serious Lynette. Certainly the weather in Europe has been getiing lots of coverage on the news here.
Here the La Nina effects has seen the eastern side of the country suffering with storms and flooding after years of drought. The water is much needed especially to revive the ailing river systems but is causing many problems.
Most of our media is based in the big cities in the east Sydney or Melbourne, so the news is all about them. Meanwhile, here in the western side it's drought as per usual. Will probably be a very hot,dry summer with bushfires galore
So Snow sounds lovely and romantic to us but I guess the reality is somewhat different.

Very romantic until you're making an involuntary 360 spin, in traffic (voluntary spins rock tho).

I like the winter season total, but I'm very sorry for homeless people who die in the big freeze. The situation has improved, the snow disaster is on the wane, but the frosts come and the great hostel for the homeless are already occupied. A third of homeless people is not the place.

QUESTION: Does anyone know if Hans has ever performed comedy -movie or tv program- He seems such a cool/funny guy, always stealing the scene in photos and grimacing to the cameras... has he? -Hans' specialists help me with this one-

He did his share of comedic acting in "Bodywork" and "Still Crazy", I'd say. No stand up and most of his tv appearances have been dramatic. That flute scene in COTT was pretty funny...

believe it or not - i didn't recognize Hans until the end of COTT, when he said "Eyes Down!" and smiled comfortingly at the scared dude. I was like - THAT'S HANS DAMMIT! THAT WOULD EXPLAIN THE NUTTY FLUTE SCENE! I can't seem to find bodywork ANYWHERE... Never saw it. I want to. All i know is this line: He framed you? Like a picasso .
