I always wondered that too, mainly because she is not listed with the other cast in the credits, but as "with the kind participation of Melanie Thierry or whatever the translation was. By this I assume she wasn't actually cast, but showed up on set (as the friend or partner of someone (?) and was persuaded to do a cameo.
or maybe she's a bigger star in France than I realised......

I know that's what I was saying to myself and everyone who wanted to hear it even weeks before I adopted this cat *lol* But he's the sweetest thing in the world. He's from a shelter and he got there because he got hit by a car. All he wants to do is cuddle and then cuddle some more. He's the perfect cat |

I finally got around to watching/buying Nero... I didn't like Acte. I find it amusing when the leading male character is prettier than the female. lol

In this movie Nero leaves Octavia,one week later Poppea meets Nero when he is already engaged with Acte, but in this moment she´s only a friend and he´s inlove with Acte.The first wife of Nero is Octavia,after Acte and the third wife is Poppea  Hope i have helped you  |

I don't remember Acte and Nero actually ever marrying in the film. I remember Octavia's wedding -- and the scene when he is told he has to marry her and he's screaming in the wilderness and his poncho (for lack of a better description --- Star help me out) gets stuck on his head. And then I remember the wedding processional with Poppaea. I guess I assumed they (Acte) didn't ever marry.

oh, yeah, you are right, they was only engaged not married , i was confused because i remembered the scene when the little child gives to Acte a small statue of Juno who is the patron of the engagements and that scene it looks like a wedding because they are walking and the people is applauding and in the next scene they appear having sex like it was the wedding night,then i thought they were married ;D, sorry for the confusion. He only had two wives, Octavia and Poppea. |
