A bit of mistake?
When Thomas Cranmer was appointed to be the Archbishop of Canterbury the Pope was Clement VII., as also at the time of the divorce and the marriage of Henry and Anne Boleyn (1533).
Pope Paul III began papacy in 1534.

From what I gather, that's just one of many, many inaccuracies in this show. Best to think of it as "inspired by the story of..." rather than an historical treatise. Computer fixed (they had to replace the whole front panel apparently to fix one little button)... pics as promised |

FWIW
if you're going to be in New York on the 19th March, there is apparently a red carpet screening/premiere function to be held at the Equital Building on 7th Avenue.
Apparently it's sold out, or tickets aren't even available, and I imagine it's highly unlikely that Hans will be there doing the red carpet thing, but thought I would let you know anyway.
Still, you never know...........

You can now watch episode one of Season Two online. The VIP link I had earlier wasn't available "In my area" but this one worked fine for me in Australia. www.sho.com/site/tudors/home.doAs suspected, there are only two short scenes with Hans in them but, very worthwhile! Great very nervous first meeting with the king. |

I've also found this info on The Tudors Official Site, I've tried to watch, but it was just loading, loading... and nothing else had happened. Trying on another way I was announced that it wasn't available from my area, so I gave up. Your link works perfectly, though the movie isn't continuous, stops very often, but it must be my old and tired computer.
The scene with the king is great!

Well, I must say that no sites are as complete and well-informed as HMO! I couldn't resist checking the anniversary of Robert Devereux's beheading. And I was sure that it was a missing event on "executed today", because our perfect and precise Virgil hasn't commemorated it on 25th February! ;D
