The best movie I have ever seen. With a lot of strange actors... Hans is simply great but some of the other actors, are not actors at all. Blaum (Ricky Tognazzi) is the director of the film and usually he works in the cinema industry but rarely plays as an actor. Wolf (Adriano Pappalardo) is not an actor at all, he is a singer. HE was very very famous in Italy in the 60/70s. The Director of the Musicum is showman, he makes cabaret and for me it is quite strange to see him in such a dramatic role. Anyway, even if they are not professional actors, the result is fantastic.

Yeah! In that film, I like Lee Williams acting too. I think he is also a great actor.

Yes, he was fantastic in The Forsyte Saga. Actually I just saw him recently on a silly show called Teachers as a particularly nerdy and scruffy teacher( and that's pretty nerdy and scruffy : . It was hilarious More than I could say for the show, which purports to be hilarious but is actually cringe-inducing.

I finished watching this not too long ago. I finally got a DVD copy (thank you eBay! 2 more if you want one, though it's the Russian release (region 5 PAL)). It's a little ironic, I guess. I first heard about Canone Inverso because I was looking up Lee Williams' films - I'd never even heard of Hans before that. And then I watched Still Crazy because Lee was in it (for about 15 seconds, but all the same). I enjoyed Hans so much in that film that I sort of forgot about Lee and tried looking up more Hans films. And here I am, finally seeing the movie that started it all, and remembering I have Lee to thank for turning me onto Hans in the first place. They were both great to watch in this. I love the college scenes, where they're acting up. Some of their lines were so funny. The music is great, too. A little sad, at there end there, but it didn't make me cry. If there'd been more scenes, I might have. The editing was a little abrupt in that way, I thought. I'd have liked the opportunity to spend a little more time getting to know the characters, but they only gave the story as much as it needed, and moved on. Anyway, it's probably my favourite Hans film yet (granted, I've still got some catching up to do).

Do you mean the subtitles?
On my copy you choose whether you want ENglish or Italian soundtrack but the Italian subtitles show on the ENglish version. But I could turn them off with the subtitles button on my remore control. On a computer, I have no idea.

I finally got my copy through the post the other day (from ebay) and I eagerly sat down and watched it.. Great storyline and the acting is really good in it. Beautiful film.
